Virginia Virduzzo

Creative as funcional, anywhere.

Hello world! I’m Virginia Virduzzo.

Currently I am living in Valencia, even though I do not know for sure where I may be tomorrow.

I am a Product designer & Front-End Developer .
I ‘speak’ and write html5, css3, pure JS, Ruby on Rails and more then I would like to learn better..

I take care of designing and carrying out online projects, either if I started long time ago in printed or digital format/support.
Working on agile methods based on design sprint discovery and with continuos integration with my team.
I use to use Git, with Kanvan help for develop & organize better products divided on smallest tasks.

I enjoy planning user flow journey even if the happy path is long far away from the start point.

‘Pencil before code’ is a must, where my best pencil should be a Sketch LoFi that can evolve interactive on Invision and tested for become a lovely HiFi.

About me.

I graduated in Graphic & Web Design from the Academy of Fine Arts of Catania. I also enjoyed a year amongst projects at EASD in Castellon (Spain).
I have taught Graphics History and Printing design in Sicily. I still miss London arts and backgrounds, in which I worked for two years.

After my master on web programming in NID – Nuovo Istituto Design (Perugia), I have improved the basis of my knowledge on web application languages, that before this point was a messy of theoretical information in a fast changing-languages world.
Although the best I learned was working day a day with a big product and the best team ever on a fintech company, that’s were I’m working now.

About what I love to do with my free-time: I really like travel, reading books that changing your life, sailing and some crazy sport that normal peoples thinks are dangerous =)
My dream right now is taking a sailing license for spending holiday time sailing somewhere.
